Duta has updated its WhatsApp bot and extended its features to readers feedback. Now you can complain to duta’s readers office within a direct message on their WhatsApp wall.

They have also enhanced their readers poll where you can respond to their survey. In other to continue enjoying this free service, remove the old numbers from your group then update them with any of the following numbers.
