Now, Facebook has introduced a community like where you can follow and express your sports experience with your team. Here, you search on a particular game (Liverpool vs Exeter), you will be feed back with live scores, updates, game statistics, game info and possibly fixture.

This service from Facebook is only at the moment for iOS users. This feature is restricted to American Football A and C. But Facebook has planned to support more games like basket ball, soccer etc
